Customers purchasing bulk fuel, lubricants, oils, greases, or other products are responsible for ensuring that their storage and receiving systems are suitable for the product being delivered.
Before delivery, customers should verify:
- Available tank capacity
- Correct product identification
- Proper tank and equipment condition
- Appropriate connections and fittings
- Proper venting
- Safe access to the delivery location
- Compliance with applicable laws and safety requirements
Dial Lubricants is not responsible for spills, contamination, overflow, environmental damage, or equipment damage caused by inadequate tank capacity, defective equipment, incorrect customer-provided information, or unsafe site conditions.

13. Inspection of Deliveries
